📄1. Introduction

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from gd99 or any related platform. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register.

gd99 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Account activity may be restricted until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

gd99 supports a range of trusted payment methods popular in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits vary by payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) and are published on the relevant deposit/withdrawal pages.
• All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days under normal conditions. During high-volume periods or when additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.
• gd99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their respective fee schedules.

Any funds in your gd99 account that remain inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, bets, or logins) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee, which will be communicated to you in advance. gd99 reserves the right to close dormant accounts after an extended period of inactivity.

gd99 offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, and per IP address.

• Bonus abuse — including exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, use of automated software, or any other fraudulent mechanism — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The platform may display approximate values in other formats for reference only. gd99 is not responsible for currency conversion discrepancies if you access the platform from outside Bangladesh.

• Any activity that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable load on gd99's infrastructure, including hacking attempts, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized data scraping.

gd99 employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, we may freeze account funds pending investigation. We cooperate with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of gd99's platform or content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gd99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any errors in game outcomes resulting from technical faults outside gd99's reasonable control.

gd99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results displayed, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. You use the platform entirely at your own risk. Where applicable consumer protection laws prevent the exclusion of certain warranties, those warranties shall apply only to the minimum extent required by law.

gd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, identity fraud, use of prohibited software, or engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable documentation.
• At the user's own request via written notice to our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.
